With the motto I’m a material person and in the frame of the Worls Materials Day, the specialist Marta Mohedano , member of SOCIEMAT gave a talk on November the 8th at IES Lope de Vega (Granada),focusing onthe gender issue and explaining  to the students the steps to become researchers. The activity finished with a visit to the Autogyro manufacturing company located nearby, where students learnt about the materials used in aircraft.

Also, the Engineering School of Ciudad Real organized an exhibition of posters about Materials, made by the students. The exhibition was finally presented at the Science Museun of Ciudad Real last Friday.
