Webinar Details – Perspectives of Global Investors in Deep Technologies

Difficulties in turning intellectual property developed by universities into commercial application is one of the greatest bottlenecks to the creation of globally successful start-ups. It is critical for academic start-ups to work with corporate ventures or venture capital companies who have a strong portfolio in investment in the deep tech space. This webinar will focus on corporate or conventional venture capital companies that invest in deep tech companies built around academic innovations where experienced investors will discuss what they are typically looking for in these early-stage companies while they are making investment decisions.

Faculty, researchers and graduate students interested in moving ideas to the marketplace will find this webinar series valuable. In addition, startup companies will benefit from the seminars about paths for commercialization and potential partnerships with universities.
